IGT will provide its Casino Management System to the Las Vegas venue, as per an agreement with Dreamscape Companies.

Dreamscape Companies and IGT have reached an agreement wherein IGT will supply its IGT Advantage Casino Management System to Las Vegas’ Rio Hotel & Casino.

IGT won Casino Supplier of the Year in both 2022 and 2023 at the Global Gaming Awards London. The company’s Advantage CMS was also recently chosen by Potawatomi Casino Hotel in Wisconsin.

Kevin Sweet, Rio Hotel & Casino Chief Gaming Officer, “IGT Advance with the M5 solution and various bonusing and service apps will play integral roles in Rio Hotel & Casino's capacity to deliver remarkable player experiences and advance our gaming floor and loyalty program.

“The scalable and modular nature of IGT Advantage is ideal for our property revitalization efforts and positions us to adapt and evolve our gaming floor and loyalty program over time."

Rio Hotel & Casino will also have access to IGT’s M5 content delivery solution, which powers Random Riches and Lucky Coin bonuses, as well as to IGT employee apps, Mobile Host and Mobile Responder. These apps aim to both facilitate customer service tasks and improve self-service jackpot processing for players.

“In deploying IGT Advantage, Rio Hotel & Casino will have the resources to offer personalized promotions, real-time rewards and engaging bonuses that will quickly differentiate the casino and build patron loyalty.

Ryan Reddy, IGT Global PM Systems, VLT, Video Poker and Payments, said,  "IGT Advantage has proven to elevate operations and drive results, especially when paired with modules such as M5, Random Riches, Lucky Coin, Mobile Host and Mobile Responder."

The system will be deployed in Q4 this year.
