Everi Holdings has launched the Muscogee Creek mobile app at all nine of Muscogee (Creek) Nation Casinos’ Oklahoma locations. The app was designed for “optimized player engagement,” according to the company.
Casino guests will have access to self-service features and cashless gaming options through Everi’s CashClub Wallet via the mobile app. Players can also take advantage of additional loyalty program options, as well as access to restaurant reservations.
The first phase of the rollout consists of three main modules: “Opportunities for additional player engagement, mobile marketing and pushing property content.”
Everi EVP and FinTech Business Leader Darren Simmons elaborated on the recent launch by saying, "With self-service journeys increasingly dominating the player experience, Everi's Mobile App is a key part of helping Muscogee (Creek) Nation Casinos transform their digital infrastructure to provide their guests with heightened awareness of the casino resort offerings and added convenience.
"For the first time, Oklahoma players can utilize this platform to enhance their on-property experience and engage more deeply with what Muscogee (Creek) Nation has to offer."
Everi provides land-based and digital casino gaming content and products, as well as financial technology and player loyalty solutions. The company develops gaming machines, gaming systems, and content for both land-based and iGaming operators.
Muscogee (Creek) Nation Casinos COO Andy Langston said the group is pleased to release the mobile app and is eager to collaborate with Everi on future products.
