Tillman Digital Cities (TDC) has announced a partnership with Penn Entertainment. The partnership will aim to see improvement in connectivity for Penn Entertaiment's casinos, hotels and gaming properties.
TDC will be looking to improve the in-building communications and 5G coverage within Penn Entertainment buildings.
The deal is to spread across the US, with it now being live at Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas and Argosy Riverside Casino in Missouri. TDC is a telecom infrastructure founded in 2020; it designs and operates indoor networks and infrastructure across venues across the US
Penn recently released its Q1 figures for 2023, reporting revenue of $1.67bn. Penn also completed a full purchase of Barstool Sports, having bought 36% of the company in February 2020.
The new deal will see TDC's Solid Alliance 5G Distributed Antenna System deployed across the buildings.
