Goldwynn Resort & Residences chooses Agilysys solution for its Bahamas destination

Agilysys will provide point-of-sale and property management system technology to the resort.

Goldwynn Resort & Residences Riviera Bahama has selected Agilysys Property Management System as its vendor partner. Agilysys will aid the resort by providing a property management system (PMS), as well as access to point-of-sale (POS) technology.

Goldwynn Resort & Residences is an oceanfront lifestyle resort that offers its guests access to 81 rooms with a view of Cable Beach in Nassau, Bahamas.

Goldwynn opened its boutique in February. As part of the partnership with Agilysys, the resort will implement PMS and POS solutions that are part of the Agilysys Hospitality Cloud.

Property COO Donald Adam summarized the resort’s relationship with Agilysys and commended the company for its focus on providing clients with quality service.

He commented: "A successful, well-known luxury casino resort in the Bahamas already using Agilysys hospitality solutions was one of the determining factors in our search for the best technology for Goldwynn Resort & Residences.

“We chose Agilysys because of its reputation in the hospitality industry for providing properties with modern, easy-to-use solutions that have already helped staff with advanced sales prior to opening and will enable owner and occupancy rotation and balanced ownership bookings. Agilysys will be key to us delivering end-to-end High Return Hospitality.”

Jeba Kingsley, VP, Professional Services, discussed the resort’s desire to provide guests with a more personal experience.
