Oddswork, a Remote Gaming Server (RGS) technology and content provider, has partnered with Rush Street Interactive (RSI). The RGS specialist company will deploy its BetGuard RGS platform and proprietary platform throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
BetGuard will be made available via RSI’s BetRivers Android and iOS apps and will provide online gaming and sports betting to all Pennsylvanians. These deployed products represent Oddworks’ latest collaboration with RSI and is its first entry into the Pennsylvanian iGaming market.
The RGS company will once again team up with RSI in a planned rollout of BetGuard in New Jersey, which is approaching in the near future.
Oddsworks President Larry DeMar commented: “We are excited to expand our partnership with Rush Street Interactive to provide our unique, proven game content and versatile BetGuard platform to the Pennsylvania iGaming market.
“We look forward to working with RSI to build our respective operations in that state, and other markets, as our close relationship grows in the years to come. RSI is not only a great business partner but a great company.”
Pennsylvania has released its results for December 2022, showing a full-year gambling revenue of $5.22bn, which represented a 16% annual increase. IGaming was huge in the Coal State, with Penn National's Holywood casino making $60m from this sector – from total revenue of $75.8m.
RSI CEO Richard Schwartz commented: “The principals of Oddsworks are industry veterans I have known and respected for decades. They will offer our players at BetRivers and PlaySugarhouse in Pennsylvania top-quality content. We are pleased to have them as a business partner.”
