This move is an attempt to meet compliance legislation expected to be enforced later this year.

Salsa Technology, a LatAm iGaming provider, has partnered with Miracl, a passwordless, multi-factor authentication (MFA) provider. The single-step process takes two seconds and can be used within the browser window on any device.

These features are designed to create an even smoother login experience for customers, with no redirects, no multiple device use, no SMS and no passwords. All that is required is a PIN number.

Salsa is acquiring this technology in order to meet new Brazilian legislation which is expected to be introduced later this year. The company supports licensed operators in regulated markets across the entire LatAm region, with its proprietary games available through its subsidiary Salsa Studios.

The iGaming provider works with a range of companies; from start-ups to large organizations. Salsa endeavors to provide bespoke tech solutions to match a range of business models that are tailored to meet the needs of its partners.

Meanwhile, Miracl claims it has a 99.9% success rate for logins and aims to provide the smoothest login process possible for its customers. The idea behind this is to allow bettors to place their wagers spontaneously, without any friction involved in the process.

Salsa has become prolific in its LatAm output over the past year, having launched Skywind Group titles through its aggregating platform Salsa Gator. This new content agreement allowed it to release a plethora of popular titles including 8 Tigers Gold Megaways, Super Lion and Joker’s Luck.
