This move comes as Elys looks to expand its B2B sports betting presence in North America.

US Integrity (USI), a sports betting integrity company, has announced a comprehensive deal with Elys Game Technology, a global iGaming and sports betting business.

This will allow USI to provide event monitoring, market intelligence and fraud prevention, for all of Elys’ US operations.

Elys is expanding its footprint across the US, recently acquiring the Nevada-based company USBookmaking. It also gained a license to operate in Ohio, where sports betting launched at the start of the new year to much fanfare.

Elys, meanwhile, offers wagering solutions to online operators, casinos, retail betting establishments and franchise distribution networks in various regulated jurisdictions.

It is a prominent company in Italy, where it has placed products from Virtual Generation Limited in approximately 5,000 locations.

While Elys has operated on a B2C basis in the regulated Italian market for the best part of three decades, it has turned its attention to B2B end-to-end sportsbook services in recent years.

Elys Game Technology Executive Chairman Michele Ciavarella commented: “We are very pleased to be engaged with US Integrity as we prepare to expand throughout the North American regulated sports betting market in 2023.”

USI CEO & Co-Founder Matthew Holt reflected this sentiment, saying: “USI is proud to partner with Elys Game Technology and assist them with integrity monitoring. USI’s mission is to provide conflict-free, best-in-class insights & compliance solutions to our clients.

“We are looking forward to working with the exceptional team at Elys Game Technology and their expansion strategy throughout North America as the market continues to evolve.”
