The casino located in Tuolumne, California will begin using QCI's Unified Gaming Platform.

Black Oak Casino Resort and Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) have announced that the casino will begin using the QCI Unified Gaming Platform.

Located in Tuolumne, California, Black Oak Casino Resort is owned and operated by the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians.

The platform provided by QCI aims to align marketing, player development and casino operations around a centralized view of the casino's data.

Black Oak Casino Resort Director of Marketing Danielle Chapel said: "The QCI platform delivers several technology solutions that will be leveraged by the resort to drive additional revenue for the future."

The casino offers 1,100 slot machines with 22 table games and high-limit smoke-free gaming. With 148 luxury rooms and a heated saline pool, the location also offers a hotel and RV park.

QCI CEO Dr. Ralph Thomas commented: "Black Oak Casino Resort's decision to select our QCI Platform shows the importance of continually developing products that truly fit our customers' needs.

"We are pleased to welcome another northern California casino to the QCI Community. With over 100 casino resorts actively using our tool, we are confident that the QCI platform will continue to meet the growing technology needs of Black Oak Casino Resort."

QCI has installed its software in over 100 casino resorts in North America, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

The products offered by QCI provide tooling for gaming operators managing over $20bn in annual gross gaming revenue.

Founded by Dr. Ralph Thomas and Mr. Andrew Cardno, QCI has offices in San Diego, Las Vegas, St. Louis, Dallas and Tulsa.
