Both bring more than two decades of industry experience to their roles.

Odds On Compliance has hired two gambling industry veterans to serve as company directors. Marybeth Butler and Ali Ghanavati will join the Odds On Compliance as Director, Revenue Audit and Director, Technical Compliance respectively.

Butler and Ghanavati will each step into their positions with more than 20 years of gaming industry experience. During the late 1980s, Butler started her career as an auditor with the New Jersey Casino Control commission. In 1995, she began leading a team in the Revenue Certification department.

Butler spent many years with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) and retired from state service last year. During her work there, she was instrumental in establishing regulatory framework for sports betting in the state.

Ghanavati most recently served as Fubo Gaming’s Director, Head of Regulatory Technology. During his time with the company, he played a key role in several successful product launches around the country, including in Iowa, Arizona and in New Jersey.

Ghanavati served the state of New Jersey for 24 years with its DGE. He began working in the private sector in 2008 and took a position with Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). While there, Ghanavati served in the company’s business development, market research and technical compliance departments.

Odds On Compliance CEO and Co-Founder Eric Frank said: “We are thrilled to welcome Marybeth and Ali to the Odds On team. Each brings extensive and invaluable industry experience to strengthen our compliance team.”
