The license IP agreement will see the two companies work to provide more Historical Horse Racing options.

Exacta Systems is entering a license IP agreement with gaming technology supplier Bluberi and plans to use Bluberi's game content to provide more Historical Horse Racing (HHR) offerings for customers.

Exacta Systems Chief Revenue Officer Ross O'Hanley said: "We remain focused on cost rationalization efforts to protect our margins during a volatile and difficult macroeconomic backdrop, while ensuring our organic investment behind our key initiatives such as GAN Sports and Super RGS."

Exacta Systems focuses on driving growth in new and existing HHR markets. The Exacta Connect platform supports multiple game vendors, allowing the company to deliver a diverse gaming library.

Bluberi Chief Commercial Officer Casey Whalen added: "Bluberi is thrilled to sign an HHR agreement with Exacta. After completing an extensive review of the HHR market, we selected Exacta based on their ability to co-develop on an aggressive timeline while still preserving the integrity of our games."

Operating in the industry for over 25 years, Bluberi looks to deliver quality casino gaming experiences to players and operators.

Products released by the company are designed to add vitality to gambling and the team focuses on creating innovative experiences for its users.

Recently, Exacta Systems announced it would power Historical Horse Racing in Kentucky via a partnership with The Mint Gaming Hall Cumberland in Williamsburg.

Of this move, O'Hanley commented: "As part of our ongoing commitment to bringing the best products to the HHR industry, Exacta Systems is excited to launch Incredible Technologies' award-winning content on our Exacta Connect system for the opening of The Mint Gaming Hall Cumberland."
