The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has granted Enteractive a new service license to operate within the state. The approval adds to the company’s existing New Jersey license which was recently approved by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE).
Enteractive CBO Andrew Foster said: “After the early success Enteractive has seen in the US market and the positive way players are responding to our one-to-one personal approach, we’re proud to announce that we are expanding our reach into Pennsylvania state.
“It’s encouraging to see that the US audience is as appreciative of a personal, qualitative approach as the other global audiences we engage with on behalf of operator brands.”
With the Pennsylvania license added, Enteractive is poised to engage with more US gaming fans and can expand its digital footprint throughout the US. The company now holds licenses to operate in New Jersey, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.
Enteractive CEO Mikael Hansson noted the company is in a position to further engage with a large number of sportsbook players.
He said: “With this Pennsylvania license in addition to our license in New Jersey, we’re available to support player retention for sportsbooks in the two largest online gambling states of the US.
“With some leading US brands already working with our stateside teams, our journey across the pond gets more exciting each day.”
Enteractive provides loyalty and engagement services for the online gambling industry and contacts players on behalf of sports betting brands.
The company recently concluded a study conducted through The Harris Poll that surveyed more than 2,000 Americans aged 18 and older. The survey focused primarily on Americans' attitude toward customer service relationships as European CRM experts have entered the market, but also addressed general feelings toward online gambling.
