He will be co-hosting with Matthew Berry for sports betting related shows.

Jay Croucher, former head of trading for PointsBet, has joined NBC full-time as a betting analyst. He will be co-hosting ‘Fantasy Football Happy Hour with Matthew Berry,’ ‘Fantasy Football Pregame with Matthew Berry,’ and NBC Sports EDGE’s ‘Bet the Edge’ Podcast.

The network believes that Croucher will bring invaluable insight, as he shares his expertise on all things sports betting-related, from futures to finding value in the daily and weekly markets across all sports leagues.

Croucher made his inaugural appearance as co-host on Bet the Edge, NBC Sport EDGE’s daily sports betting podcast, which is available to view on the ‘NFL on NBC’ YouTube channel and is available to download across all major podcast platforms.

In addition to Bet the Edge, he will regularly join Matthew Berry as a co-host of Fantasy Football Happy Hour with Matthew Berry, which runs on weekdays at 12PM ET on NBC’s Peacock streaming platform.

The pair will make a regular hosting partnership, as he will also join Berry to co-host 'Fantasy Football Pregame with Matthew Berry,' which airs on Sundays at 11AM ET on Peacock.

NBC Executive Producer Sam Flood commented: “We’re excited to add an analyst with Jay’s credentials as a former head trader of a sportsbook. His perspective in breaking down betting lines will help us tell the story of each game from a unique angle.”

Croucher has become a familiar contributor on NBC Sports EDGE shows and podcasts, frequenting them as part of NBC Sports’ strategic partnership with PointsBet. A native Australian, Croucher moved to the US in 2019, halfway through his five-year tenure as head of trading for PointsBet.
