Dan Connors to step in as CEO of Pavilion Payments

Connors is set to replace Christopher Justice as CEO.

Payment solutions company Pavilion Payments has today announced Dan Connors as its new CEO, who will bring 30 years of business experience to the role. 

Connors’ previous experience includes senior leadership positions at a total of seven companies, four of which he served as CEO. He is set to move on from his post as CEO of ScentAir – a company that specializes in home fragrance – while retaining his position as chairman of the board. Connors’ also practiced Law in Washington DC and his additional professional experience includes 10 years serving at the Pentagon in a military capacity.  

Pavilion Payments serves as an omnichannel payment solutions provider for gaming entertainment operators. Last fall, it announced a range of new innovations including new Mobile Jackpot, VIP Nomad and VIP Mobility capabilities. Connors will attempt to leverage his experience to drive the company forward through continuous growth, new partnerships and innovations as we move forward into Q2 2024.  

Connors spoke on his appointment as CEO, stating, “I am thrilled to join the Pavilion Payments team full of dedicated and passionate individuals, I am committed to leveraging my experience to deliver industry-leading products and experiences to our customers and patrons.”  

Last week, Gaming America spoke to current CEO Christopher Justice about the company’s future aims and ambitions, as well as the rebranding campaign that followed its acquisition by Parthenon.  

Earlier this year, Pavilion Payments also contributed funds to support the International Center for Responsible Gaming (IRGC), helping the research initiative develop tools for responsible gambling practices.
