Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) will now offer its betting platform and sportsbook to Crabsports in Maryland, the US-based operator. This is the first deal of its kind in the US for GiG after the acquisition of Sportnco earlier this year.
Maryland's sports betting market is anticipated to generate $217m of revenue in its first year.
GiG CEO Richard Brown commented: "I am excited to be partnering with a localized brand like Crabsports in Maryland, US. We view the Maryland and the wider US market as a strong opportunity given our expertise in personalization and building a unique customer experience.
"We believe we can partner with brands, such as Crabsports, and truly provide them with differentiation on the market and help them compete against the nationwide Tier 1 players. We look forward to working with the excellent team at Crabsports to help build a brand and an experience that will stand out in Maryland."
GiG recently announced a new agreement with Luckiest.com, a new casino concept.
The agreement has been signed for an initial four-year period with the opportunity to be further renewed.
Not long before that, the company signed a platform deal with casino operator Kings Media in Ontario.
The partnership marked the first venture into North American markets for Kings Media.
Kings Media Ltd CEO Volodymyr Harkusha added: "In our quest to expand to the exponentially competitive Ontario market, we were looking for an industry-leading, future-ready partner.
"GiG fit the bill perfectly, not only by ticking and double-ticking all the boxes but also by impressing us with their clear vision and dedication to the project."
The agreement between these two has an initial three-year period.
