Wynn Las Vegas has partnered with Napa Valley’s Domain H William Harlan, a wine-growing family enterprise, to launch a series of wine series dinners. The series, which takes place this fall, offers attendees the opportunity to sample a variety of Harlan’s exclusive labels.
Harlan’s wineries include the Harlan Estate, BOND and Promontory, all based in Napa Valley. They will partner with Wynn Resorts chefs to create specially curated meals.
The series includes private meals with a key figure from Domain H. William Harlan and a Wynn executive chef. These exclusive meals will be priced at $10,000 per guest, with each private dinner limited to 20 guests.
Additionally, attendees of these meals will be granted membership to the featured Harlan’s wine club. This $10,000 meal entails three unique dining experiences.
The first will be held at the Harlan Estate with the companionship of Wynn Steakhouse executive chef Mark LoRusso. Guests will be escorted to the two-story Encore Duplex suite for dinner and a vintage wine pairing hosted by LoRusso and Amanda Harlan, second-generation proprietor of Harlan.
The second meal will take place at BOND, Napa Valley, where guests will enjoy a Krug Champagne reception before being escorted to the Wynn Golf Club for a multi-course dinner and vintage wine pairing. It will be hosted by Cory Empting, the managing director of winegrowing for Harlan and Wynn Las Vegas's executive chef Joshua Smith.
The final option will be a promontory-based meal with Wynn Las Vegas’ Mizumi’s executive chef Min Kim and the wineries’ managing director Will Harlan. The promontory is a unique geographical feature, two distinct fault lines mark the divides among volcanic, sedimentary, and metamorphic formations. Kim’s menu will utilize a selection of wine blends collected from the promontory’s steep hillsides.
Tickets to this lavish dinner series will include a one-night stay in a newly renovated Wynn Tower Suite room.
