Management roles in client services and account executive positions were filled.

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) announced the promotion of three members in the company’s client services division. The three staff members are Patrick Cottingham, Jamie Garcia and Christos Karountzos.

Patrick Cottingham was promoted to client services manager and will help clients navigate opportunities in gaming by providing them with services offered by GLI.

Cottingham will also work closely with GLI leadership to drive sales and support the growing team of account executives and client service coordinators.

Promoted to the positions of senior account executives were Jamie Garcia and Christos Karountzos.

In their new role, both Garcia and Karountzos will work closely with Cottingham, their respective account teams, and GLI’s internal Engineering, Mathematics and Quality Assurance departments.

The company expects them to aid both new and existing customers in meeting their regulatory compliance goals.

GLI VP of Client Services for North America Salim L. Adatia commented: "We could not be happier to see Patrick, Jamie and Christos advance upwards at GLI. Each has proven their abilities to support our growing customer base in the next chapters of their success.

"Moreover, their varied backgrounds across traditional land-based gaming, sports betting and iGaming will greatly benefit industry stakeholders that have come to depend on them and GLI both."

Since 1989, GLI has certified nearly two million items and has tested equipment for more than 480 jurisdictions.

Adatia continued: "I am extremely proud of Patrick, Jamie and Christos and appreciate the enthusiasm, care and attention they bring to their roles and our valued clientele on a daily basis."

In July, the company announced Ginnie Hollis as the director of engineering after previously serving as the senior manager of engineering.
