All shortlisted companies will be contacted in the next couple of weeks so keep an eye on your inbox.

Gaming America and Gambling Insider, are happy to announce that the Shortlist for this year’s Global Gaming Awards Las Vegas has been decided.

“Now that Covid-19 restrictions appear to be in the past, the Americas gaming market is not just back to normal but it’s back better than ever - just look at the numbers coming out of Nevada and it tells you the full story,” said Julian Perry, Editor-in-Chief of Gaming America and Gambling Insider.

“It was particularly hard to narrow down the Shortlist this year, as all submissions we received were strong and worthy of nomination. Unfortunately, we can’t shortlist everyone but we have tried our best to recognize the strongest performers and the most innovative products,” he added.

The Global Gaming Awards Las Vegas are now in their ninth year. These are the most prestigious Awards in the industry, due to the rigorous nomination and voting processes that have been put in place.

Companies are always shortlisted based on merit, a reason for their nomination is given and made publicly available in the official Shortlist magazine. The magazine will be available to read next month.

The winners will once again be chosen by a panel of 100 C-level executives from the industry. Only one executive per company will be allowed to participate, and KPMG in the Crown Dependencies will once again independently adjudicate the voting process to ensure full fairness and transparency.

This year, the Global Gaming Awards Las Vegas will have 15 categories. The newest addition to the categories list is Sportsbook Supplier of the year which will recognize the supplier that ensures sports betting operators stay competitive. This is a natural addition to the event, given the continued expansion of sports betting across the US.

The winners will be announced at a luncheon ceremony on the Monday of G2E, October 10.

BetConstruct is the Lead Partner of the Global Gaming Awards Las Vegas 2022, and this year’s category sponsors are IGT, CasinoTrac, Aruze Gaming, Velvix, Relax Gaming, Aristocrat Gaming, Amelco, Bragg Gaming Group, Interblock Gaming, EGT and White Hat Gaming.
