New Jersey-based Lotto.com has expanded its US presence beyond the boundaries of its home state, having launched its online platform in an additional three.
Players in New York, Texas and Colorado will have access to the lottery platform and will be able to order tickets on various devices with the need for an app or initial deposit. They can also purchase lottery tickets at three physical Players Café locations.
Lotto.com is digital lottery platform that does not require its users to download an app to order tickets virtually.
The company developed and opened the modern convenience stores to serve its clients as “one-stop shop for lottery tickets, coffee, scratch-offs, snacks and gifts.” Customers can visit Players Café sites in Manhattan’s West Village, Cedar Park in Texas and a Colorado location in Edgewater to order tickets and buy scratch cards in person.
Company CEO Thomas Metzger said the launch is a big deal for the company and a well-timed opportunity to continue its US expansion.
He commented: “Given the current lottery frenzy with the billion-dollar Mega Millions jackpot, this expansion comes at the perfect time.
“The opportunity to launch three new states this year is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of. We see an immense opportunity to connect with new lottery players, both virtually and in-person, across New York, Texas and Colorado.”
Metzger went on to add that the company has plans for additional launches in more states around the country before the end of the year.
Players Café works in cooperation with local and small businesses.
