This will be the first casino built in that part of state in over 20 years.

Legends Bay Casino has announced August 30 2022 as the official opening date for its latest venue. This will be the first casino to open in northern Nevada in over 20 years and will be built in a mall called ‘The Outlets at Legends’ in Sparks City.

An 80,000 square foot space has been allotted for the construction of Legends Bay Casino. In celebration of its opening the casino will host a free firework show on September 2, featuring a sky-high extravaganza.

The new casino will offer a dynamic loyalty program, provided by LB Rewards. This program gives free membership which entitles all players to earn and redeem points for free play and to receive exclusive flash play games.

The earning metric is based on the amount wagered at machines and there will be no searching for a kiosk to opt-in; instead, when players become an LB member they will receive a redemption card. LB Rewards is also linked to Casino Fandango in Carson City, Nevada, so players can redeem their points at either casino.

Additionally, there will be the latest range of slot machines, video poker games, live table games, live keno and a high-limit room. The casino will also be home to the region’s only Circa Sports Sportsbook, a Las Vegas favorite for experienced bettors.

Olympia Companies CEO Garry Goett was delighted to open the first casino in the Sparks-Reno region in 20 years. He commented, “It’s an honor and a privilege for us to open the first new casino in northern Nevada in a very long time. We’ve been working tirelessly to bring this project to life for many years and we are very excited to share it with the community.

“From our one of a kind restaurants to the very first Circa Sports Sportsbook, we have designed Legends Bay Casino to offer the best in class in gaming, dining and sports.”
