AXES and Flexia have announced a strategic alliance to unite both open and closed payments into one seamless customer experience. This partnership will enable AXES, a gaming management system, to integrate and deliver Flexia's fintech capabilities.
Flexia fintech has expanded over the years to include features such as linked open loop cashless customer accounts, as well as ‘Know Your Client’ (an anti-fraud solution) and an anti-money laundering screening.
AXES will take these innovations and couple them with AXES' real-time customer dashboards, and alerts on the AXES Cloud. This Cloud is composed of a closed loop cashless platform, loyalty and engagement platforms, a business intelligence platform and a digital out of home media platform.
AXES President and CEO Earle G. Hall commented: "I am over the moon. The Flexia open loop cashless solution is simply extraordinary. The customer onboarding process is seamless and frictionless.
“Combined with the AXES loyalty and engagement engine, we plan on making it fun and rewarding. The Flexia company culture is what sealed the deal for us, as beyond its great technology, they are great people. We will have the entire solution fully integrated and on demonstration in our booth at G2E."
Flexia believes the AXES Cloud will take the performance of its fintech services to the next level. Flexia CEO Craig Libson said the Cloud “offers the functionality of all casino systems combined into one environment."
“Like Flexia, AXES was built with a next-gen view of what the industry needs and the ability to seamlessly interact with complementary platforms. This brings the Flexia cashless solution to a whole new level of casino touch points. We are very excited to be demonstrating the functional solution in our booth at G2E."
AXES and Flexia will each be exhibiting at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas from October 11-13, 2022.
This story is particularly interesting, noting Hall's "over the moon" comment, because at an IGA panel earlier this year, Hall was in direct disagreement with his fellow panelists - which included Flexia CEO Libson.
