Players will be able to redeem points for gift cards and other casino products.

Jamul Casino has selected payments supplier Passport Technology to aid in offering Passport’s Lush loyalty and rewards program to its guests.

The program will be incorporated into the casino’s player enrollment kiosks.

Casino guests will have access to several self-service features, including games, player club enrollment and card reprints through the Lush kiosk. They will also be able to redeem points in the form of physical and e-gift cards, as well as casino merchandise.

Jamul Casino Director of Marketing Kristel Nichols said: "We chose Lush for the combined enrollment functionality and flexibility in creating unique, robust campaigns while providing a fun, seamless experience for our guests.”

Passport Principal, Digital Wallet, Loyalty & Innovation, Diallo Gordon commented: “We couldn't ask for a more collaborative and passionate customer than Jamul.”

Gordon went on to add that working with Jamul will create an opportunity for the company to enhance its customer service within San Diego’s market.

He said: “Jamul places a heavy emphasis on superior guest service, analytics, tier progression (customer acquisition and retention), and dynamic promotions to its Sweetwater Rewards program.

“This emphasis will be supported by the full Lush suite of products and allows Passport to augment and strengthen Jamul's position as the most genuinely generous casino in the San Diego area."

Jamul Casino first opened in 2016 and is owned and operated by the Jamul Indian Village Development Corporation, a tribal enterprise. The casino is the closest one to downtown San Diego and has a poker room, 46 live table games and close to 1,700 slot machines.

Passport Technology develops services and technology-based solutions for highly regulated payments, gaming, and financial services markets.
