High 5 Games has joined DraftKings’ roster of iGaming products after signing an agreement with the major operator. While eventually High 5 Games will be available in multiple markets, for the initial stage, the company’s games will be available only in Michigan.
The move will significantly expands High 5 Games’ operations in North America. With even more jurisdictions coming, the company is already live in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ontario and Quebec.
It stands to reason, too. The company, which is based in New Jersey and has been around since 1995, has over 200 titles as well as a number of new releases planned through 2023.
With an international footprint, It designs games for multiple platforms, including online, mobile, land based, as well as social markets.
Group founder and CEO Tony Singer commented on the deal with DraftKings: “It goes without saying that we are thrilled to have an association with such a big name in the US market and one that is showing such powerful growth. We’re confident DraftKings’ player base will enjoy the huge range of games available and look forward to offering these games as we continue to expand our partnership into new jurisdictions.”
As far as partnering specifically with DraftKings, there are few operators with the breadth of operations that that company has. In sports betting, it consistently vies for top spot in terms of handle in multiple markets across the country.
Looking to expand in the realm of iCasino is a canny move. While today, iCasino is only legal in five US markets and in Ontario, a wave of legalization is predicted in the coming years, all but ensuring that it will be the next big thing in the gaming industry.
