Gila River Resorts & Casinos lands Jae Crowder of the Phoenix Suns as official Brand Ambassador

Crowder is the first professional athlete to engage in an endorsement deal with GRRC.

Owned and operated by the Gila River Indian Community, Gila River Resorts & Casinos (GRRC) has three locations already with a fourth on the way. This is the first professional athlete endorsement deal in the history of GRRC.

Jae Crowder will host the Summer Oasis Pool Party at Gila River Resorts & Casinos - Wild Horse Pass in Chandler to begin the partnership.

Dominic Orozco, president and chief marketing officer at Gila River Resorts & Casinos, said: "Jae Crowder is a bossman, and we are honored to have him as our first-ever brand icon."

He continued: "Gila River is celebrating its new resorts designation in a big way with Jae. His talent, drive, and vision with his business manager, Josh Mason, is unmatched. We are excited to welcome Jae as our new teammate to the Gila River family."

Crowder plays Power Forward for the Phoenix Suns, currently the No.1 seed in the Western Conference. He also has a clothing brand "Bossman" which introduced its first collection in 2021.

Crowder said: "I have a vision of growing with Gila River as we have a lot of things in common. Being an athlete at the highest level with one of the best teams in the NBA, it is important to grow my local relationships with people whom I am comfortable with and believe in."

As mentioned above Gila River Resorts & Casinos currently operates three locations in Arizona. Wild Horse Pass, Lone Butte, and Vee Quiva are all owned by the Gila River Indian Community. 

Santan Mountain, the fourth location, is under construction and is expected to open in December 2022.
