The deal will bring the sports betting and iGaming platforms to the markets.

Playtech is poised to grow its footprint in the North American market after it entered a partnership with betPARX which will see the company relaunching its iGaming and sports betting platform in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The betPARX app now offered in these two states is powered by Playtech’s IMS platform, will use the company’s Player Account Management, and will feature its proprietary iGaming. This marks the first time the IMS technology has been used in either state.

Playtech’s IMS technology is already one of the leading B2B gaming platforms outside of the US. With the new launches through betPARX in the two sports betting markets, multiple Playtech titles will now be offered.

Playtech CEO Mor Weizer commented on the company’s expansion: “We are thrilled to continue to grow Playtech’s iGaming and sports betting partnership with betPARX in other US markets. Playtech’s industry-leading software and expertise prove a high-quality experience, and this is exactly what the highly sophisticated consumer market in the US requires.

“We look forward to further expanding our footprint in the US and working the betPARX to deliver world-class gambling and sports betting entertainment across multiple states and products.”

From their end, betPARX is also excited for the move. As Senior Vice President of iGaming and Sports for betPARX said: “We are incredibly proud to be launching betPARX in conjunction with an industry leading technology provider in Playtech.

“We’ve made the sign up and deposit and cash-out processes as simple and smooth as anything in the industry. Plus, we’ve created a product that ensures a great experience to any user, casino or sport.”
