February 25, 2022

After two years of waiting as a large-format tradeshow, Gaming & Technology Expo will open its doors with a face-to-face return that has summoned the entire industry of this economic sector at the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center, in Colombia, from March 15 to 17, with a varied menu for all tastes and interests.

The regulator

The gaming authority in Colombia, Coljuegos, will have an active presence and representation in the conferences and the academic inauguration of the fair on Tuesday, March 15 at 10:00 am in the famous Pegasos Hall of the CCCI. It will also accompany 3A Producciones in the ribbon cutting ceremony that starts the exhibition in the Gran Salón Barahona and in the Claustro de las Ánimas. From its institutional stand, Coljuegos will attend to the queries of operators and entrepreneurs, eager to enter the legal gaming market in the country.

Exhibitors and sponsors

At 2:00 p.m. on March 16, with a brief protocol ceremony, the exhibition will be opened in stands for land-based and online equipment in large differentiated rooms equipped with furniture and technology to show off the products to be exhibited and the comfort of the visitors. 3A Producciones has a commercial partner that will be in charge of the construction of most of the stands and the general production of GAT. City Group Arquitectura has a vast experience that guarantees the quality of its services.

The list of land-based exhibitors is as follows: Novomatic, R Franco, Interblock, Colinktek, Merkur Gaming, Alfastreet, Aruze, Spintec, Gambee, Win Systems, IGT, CDM Equipos, Valisa, IZC Mayorista, BYA Group, Zitro and Asap Americas.

The online gaming platforms that will present their portfolios at GAT are: BetConstruct, Pragmatic Play, EGT Interactive, ExeFeed, Digitain, BMM, Mondo Gaming, One Touch, TVBET, LSports, Gameart, Blue Ocean, WorldMatch, Lotery, Universal Soft, Mozzarbet, Evenbet Gaming, Ezugi, Bet By, 7Mojos, Vibra Gaming, America Simulcast, Cockpit/Jazz Gaming and Edict Gaming.

Sponsors: BetConstruct, Premium Sponsor; Novomatic, Platinum Sponsor; Pragmatic Play, Platinum Sponsor; Win Systems, Digital Sponsor; EGT Interactive, Digital Sponsor; BetPlay, Altenar and 3 OAKS.

José Aníbal Aguirre comments on his expectations about the event, 20 days before it takes place: "The list of participating companies speaks for itself of the reception to the broad call, marketing and communications campaign we have carried out. The changes that the gaming fair calendar has undergone due to the pandemic, make GAT Expo open the agenda of face-to-face meetings in Latin America and be the first gaming fair to be held in 2022 at a global level. We hope and have worked hard to present a fair of great category with the support of the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center.

I would like to highlight and thank the Colombian associations, Fecoljuegos and Cornazar, for having chosen our event to hold their annual ordinary assemblies at this venue. Likewise, the active involvement of Asojuegos and its affiliates.

GAT Cartagena will be a unique personal and commercial experience. The dozen events that make up the fair will cover multiple topics of interest to entrepreneurs and operators, at a very particular moment in history.

Participants will experience the magic of Cartagena de Indias in the networking events we have prepared for clients and friends, on land and on board on sunset tours of the Bay of Cartagena."

This high-tech gaming trade show is aimed at suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, operators and companies interested in the Latin American markets. The fair's website shows the step-by-step ticket purchase process, according to each person's preferences to attend the academy, the exhibition and the networking events. Ticket purchase and registration are being handled by Nueve Producciones, web master of the website and PlusBoletos payment gateway.
