FanDuel is set to receive end-to-end broadcast integration exclusivity across the team’s media channels.

FanDuel has continued its push to be the United States’ most prominent sportsbook via a new partnership with the Buffalo Sabres. This new agreement sees the sportsbook become the official sports betting partner of the NHL franchise.

Per the terms of the agreement, FanDuel will gain end-to-end broadcast integration across all of the Sabres’ media platforms. This includes pregame, in-game and postgame coverage. This coverage will include a segment on sports betting prior to every game.

"On the heels of bringing our sportsbook to the great state of New York, we're excited to partner with the Sabres to infuse sports betting content into the hockey viewing experience," noted Mike Raffensperger, CMO of FanDuel Group.

"This is just the beginning for New York sports fans, and partnering with a fellow leader in the sports and entertainment industry lets us collaborate to take things to the next level."

Another aspect of this deal will give the operator the right to use official Sabres logos and marks for advertising across its brand.

Those in charge of the Hockey team evidently see this as a big opportunity to capitalize on an ever-growing market.

Dan Misko, Pegula Sports & Entertainment SVP of Business Development, said: "We're proud to expand our relationship with FanDuel and extend its engaging content to Sabres fans,"

"FanDuel has built a strong reputation as a premier sports betting destination for sports fans, and we're very excited for all that this partnership will offer our valued fans throughout the state of New York. We look forward to working with FanDuel for many years to come."
