The sportsbook is currently live in two other states.

Fubo Gaming has secured market access agreements for Fubo Sportsbook in Mississippi, Louisiana and Missouri through Caesars Entertainment, which brings the company’s licensing total to 10 state deals. The agreements will provide statewide mobile access for sports betting.

This marks Fubo Gaming’s second round of market access deals with Caesars Entertainment, following its New Jersey and Indiana agreement in March 2021. Additional market access deals include Arizona, Iowa, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.

The sportsbook’s launch is subject to obtaining necessary regulatory approvals and enactment of legislation in certain jurisdictions.

The Chicago-based subsidiary of fuboTV Inc. first launched in 2021. Since then, it has launched its sportsbook in November 2021 and is live in Iowa and Arizona. Fubo Gaming has also entered into market access agreements in Indiana and New Jersey through Caesars Entertainment, Ohio through the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers, Pennsylvania through The Cordish Companies, and Texas through The Houston Dynamo Football Club.

“We are pleased to have the opportunity to extend our relationship with Caesars Entertainment as we expand access to Fubo Sportsbook across key markets in the US,” said Scott Butera, President of Fubo Gaming.

Fubo Gaming intends to continue updating the app and launching additional features that will further integrate wagering into the fuboTV platform in the hopes of meeting the needs of sports fans.

“Mississippi, Louisiana and Missouri all have passionate fan bases, particularly around college athletics, who will embrace our unique, immersive sports and wagering entertainment platform,” said Butera.
