The world-renowned Greenbrier resort is to install Table Trac, Inc.’s CasinoTrac system in its facilities after an agreement was signed between the two groups. The new technology will allow for a streamlined integrated management of the Greenbrier’s casino.
This marks a rather upscale expansion of CasinoTrac, which currently operates in casinos in 13 different national markets, including in the United States, Australia, and countries in Central and South America and the Caribbean.
The Greenbrier has been welcoming guests to its hot springs (it’s located in West Sulphur Springs, West Virginia) since 1778, a time in history when General Washington was still leading the Continental Army in an effort to rid the colonies of the yoke of the British. Since then, 26 US presidents have visited the destination.
The resort has had a casino on its premises since 2010.
Table Trac President and CEO, Chad Hoehne, has spoken to the unique pedigree of this most recent adopter of his company’s technology: “CasinoTrac is the leading CMS system brand choice of the country’s most storied and historic casino destinations on the National Historical register.”
Hoehne went on to note that the Greenbrier would not be the first historical site to embrace CasinoTrac: “Our system has been in use at multiple national historical registered sites from the 1800s in South Dakota and Nevada... It’s an honor for us.”
For the operators at Greenbrier, the embrace of CasinoTrac came after a thorough search for the right management system. Said Steve Johnston, Vice President of Casino Operations: “After a thorough search, CasinoTrac emerged as the best fir for a new software system at The Casino Club at the Greenbrier.
“With their long history of quality, stable products and outstanding customer service, we felt like it meshed well with the standard of excellence we have established since opening The Casino Club at the Greenbrier in 2010.”
