BetMGM and Penn National Gaming on Friday said they will be reporting their recent financial results on January 19 and February 3, respectively.
BetMGM, LLC, a sports betting and iGaming operator jointly owned by MGM Resorts International and Entain plc, said it will release an update before the market opens on Wednesday, January 19, at approximately 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
The statement will provide an update on BetMGM’s 2021 performance and outlook for 2022.
BetMGM will host a conference call that day at 10 a.m. Eastern Time, which the company said will include an overview of its results, followed by a brief Q&A session.
The live webcast and replay will be accessible on the company’s investor relations page.
BetMGM has exclusive access to all of MGM Resorts' US land-based and online sports betting, major tournament poker and online gaming businesses. Utilizing Entain’s US-licensed technology, BetMGM offers sports betting and online gaming via brands including BetMGM, Borgata Casino, Party Casino and Party Poker.
Founded in 2018, BetMGM is headquartered in New Jersey.
Separately, Penn National Gaming said it will release its 2021 fourth quarter financial results at 7 a.m. ET on Thursday, February 3, followed by a conference call and simultaneous webcast at 9 a.m. ET.
Both the call and webcast are open to the general public, but questions and answers will be reserved for call-in analysts and investors.

Penn National is an omni-channel provider of retail and online gaming, live racing and sports betting entertainment with 44 properties across 20 states.
