BetMGM and Penn National Gaming on Friday said they will be reporting their recent financial results on January 19 and February 3, respectively.

BetMGM, LLC, a sports betting and iGaming operator jointly owned by MGM Resorts International and Entain plc, said it will release an update before the market opens on Wednesday, January 19, at approximately 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

The statement will provide an update on BetMGM’s 2021 performance and outlook for 2022.

BetMGM will host a conference call that day at 10 a.m. Eastern Time, which the company said will include an overview of its results, followed by a brief Q&A session.

The live webcast and replay will be accessible on the company’s investor relations page.

BetMGM has exclusive access to all of MGM Resorts' US land-based and online sports betting, major tournament poker and online gaming businesses. Separately, Penn National Gaming said it will release its 2021 fourth quarter financial results at 7 a.m. ET on Thursday, February 3, followed by a conference call and simultaneous webcast at 9 a.m. ET.

Both the call and webcast are open to the general public, but questions and answers will be reserved for call-in analysts and investors.

A replay of the call can be accessed for 30 days on the company’s website.
