Ainsworth’s products to become available throughout Latin America via Pariplay’s platform.

Ainsworth Game Technology and Aspire Global’s Pariplay have agreed a partnership for the distribution of content in Latin America. Ainsworth’s products are to become available via Pariplay’s Fusion platform.

In a statement, the companies highlighted the importance of this partnership to both party’s strategic growth plans in Latin America.

Jason Lim, Ainsworth’s general manager of online, said: “Ainsworth is continuing our online growth strategy and this partnership with Pariplay will significantly strengthen our offering, and further consolidate our position as a top-tier slot developer in Latin American markets.”

Per the terms of the agreement, Ainsworth will develop all new products for the region. The online and land-based developer’s products will then be distributed via Pariplay’s aggregation platform. The partnership has a specific focus on the Brazilian gaming market.

Andrew Maclean, VP of sales for Pariplay, added: “We are pleased and very excited about the beginning of this alliance. The new opportunities and reach that we will have in a greater number of regulated markets by the hand of a great company like Ainsworth, with experience and knowledge, is encouraging. This event undoubtedly marks the beginning of a very successful and innovative partnership.”

Founded in 2010, Pariplay is part of Aspire Global; the company aggregates games and has over 1000 products available in a number of countries.

Today, Ainsworth announced the finalization of terms with its new CEO, Harald Neumann. Neumann will earn $600,000 annually and begins his role today on October 1, 2021. The company has also appointed David Bollesen as chief product officer. The new CPO will begin their role on October 7.
