New York’s sports betting revenue hit $1.3m for November across the state’s four sportsbooks, a month-on-month drop of 41%.
All four sportsbooks saw declines in revenue from the previous month.

Rush Street Rivers Casino and Resort Schenectady’s Kambi sportsbook saw revenue drop 45% to $549,000. The casino led the state in sports betting revenue for the fifth straight month.

Resorts World Catskills in Monticello fared second best by bringing in $467,000, despite revenue falling 8% from October.

The sportsbook is run by IGT and Betgenius.

The DraftKings sportsbook at del Lago Resort and Casino in Waterloo earned $230,000 in
revenue, a decline of 60%.

November marked the second consecutive month that the sportsbook saw its revenue decline.

The FanDuel sportsbook at Tioga Downs took in $62,000 in revenue for a drop of 60%.

New York’s sportsbooks have earned $6m since the debut of regulated sports wagering in July.

The precipitous decline in November revenue may be a result of the rise of sports betting in neighboring states Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Existing sportsbooks in New York will soon see more in-state competition as well.

Seneca Gaming Corporation, in partnership with Kambi, will introduce sportsbooks at three of its casinos.
