The casino management system will aid to introduce cashless gaming.

Casino Queen Holding and Konami Gaming will launch casino management system Synkros at the DraftKings at Casino Queen St. Louis and Casino Queen Marquette, Iowa.

The properties will utilize Konami’s latest technology, including Title 31, an anti-money laundering solution releasing this fall. The management system also provides patrons with casino rewards, jackpot events, slot tournaments and loyalty prizes.

A key reason for the deployment of this technology is Casino Queen’s intentions to utilize cashless gaming across its 1,400 slots and 28 table games. Synkros implements a cashless solution titled Money Klip, allowing guests to request digital funds from cages, machines or with prepaid transactions.

“Convenience and technology are core components in our mission to deliver an unmatched gaming and entertainment experience in the region,” said Terry Downey, president and CEO of Casino Queen Holding, Inc. “Synkros provides the robust, core infrastructure to power that mission for the next generation of gaming. In alignment with our East St. Louis expansion, including our state-of-the-art sportsbook, fresh dining options and diverse gaming floor, we’re excited to add the industry’s top systems technology across our Casino Queen locations.”

Tom Jingoli, executive vice president and chief operating officer at Konami Gaming added: “Casino Queen is expanding the reach and potential of its portfolio in exciting ways to create a differentiated experience. Konami is thrilled to partner with Casino Queen at this time and support its locations with the very latest Synkros systems releases available.”

Casino Queen, founded in 1993, operates across the Mississippi and has expanded into Iowa in the last decade.
