Delaware iGaming revenue up 131.2% in February

The Delaware Lottery reported $751,291 in iGaming revenue, a stark increase on $324,958 in the same period in 2020. The figure was also higher than January’s total of $738,525.
Player spend was $21.9m, an increase of more than 121% on February 2020, and $800,000 higher than January’s figure. The state’s video lottery terminals were once more the top choice for bettors, with $14.9m spent on the games. A further $7m was wagered on table games.
As a result, lottery products generated $597,413 of revenue, with table games and poker rake posting at $114,685 and $39,194 respectively.
In terms of operators, Dover Downs slipped down to second with $277,327 in revenue and $7m spend, allowing Delaware Park to surge out in front with $301,830 and $9.7m respectively.
The strong performance in February brings Delaware iGaming’s year-to-date revenue to $1.5m; with player spend clearing $43m.
