Michael Daly appointed in SVP role at Aristocrat

Michael Daly has announced his appointment as SVP, Business Development & Strategic Execution – Global at Aristocrat.

This latest announcement follows over two decades of industry experience. Having first held a position with the US Navy in the mid-1990s, he joined the gaming industry in 2003 as Product Manager, Electronic Tables at Shuffle Master. After just shy of three years, he moved to Bally’s, first as a Senior Product Manager and later to Sr. Director, Interactive Division. He was promoted three times during his six-year tenure with the operator.

Under Bally’s, Daly then returned to Shuffle Master as VP, Online Gaming in May 2012. In January 2014, he made the move to Automated Cash Systems as CEO, and in June 2015, moved to GAN as EVP, North America. 

Following a brief period as a consultant, in April 2018, Daly joined Catena Media as General Manager US. He was with the affiliate for six years, developing his position to GM – Americas and later VP North America. Daly was appointed to the position of CEO at Catena Media in January 2021. 

Daly stepped down from his role as Catena Media CEO in February 2024. He was later succeeded by Manuel Stan.

Daly was later appointed as COO of Marker Trax in April 2025. This position was fleeting, however, as eight months later, he announced his latest role with Aristocrat.

In this role, Daly will be responsible for leading global growth initiatives, developing the customer journey and cultivating partnerships.
