Inspired Entertainment reported revenue growth driven by its digital gaming division while posting a net loss amid ongoing operational challenges.
The company reported revenue of $80.3m for Q2 2025, representing a 7% increase compared to the prior year period. The growth was primarily attributed to record Interactive revenue, which surged 45% year-over-year, highlighting the company’s successful pivot toward digital gaming platforms.
Despite this, Inspired declared a net loss of $7.8m and an adjusted net loss of $5.6m for the quarter. However, the company showed operational improvements with net operating income of $7.9m.
Adjusted EBITDA reached $28.4m, representing a 15% increase year-over-year and coming in above analyst expectations.
The interactive segment’s performance underscores Inspired’s strategic focus on digital gaming solutions, which continues to gain traction in regulated markets. The 45% growth rate in this division exceeded the company’s overall revenue growth, reflecting strong performance in market reach and product uptake.
A significant financial milestone was achieved during the quarter with the completion of a £288m refinancing package, comprising £270m in senior secured notes due in 2030 and a £17.8m revolving credit facility. This comprehensive debt restructuring replaced all existing obligations.
The interactive segment’s growth was supported by strategic market expansion, with approximately half of the 45% revenue increase driven by North American operations.
