Brightstar Lottery expands Missouri partnership with Omnia

Brightstar Lottery has signed a new eight-year contract with the Missouri Lottery to deploy Omnia, its fully-integrated retail and digital lottery software.
The rollout aims to modernize operations, streamline customer experiences and strengthen the Lottery’s player engagement strategy.
Omnia will connect retail and digital channels across Missouri, offering increased flexibility in operations and more personalized player interaction.
The updated digital suite will include Connected Play, second-chance promotions and a loyalty program, helping the Lottery evolve its engagement tools for a digital environment.
Scott Gunn, COO of Brightstar North America Lottery, said the upgrade would provide Missouri with “high-performing solutions” while helping maximize funding for public education, besides implementing “innovative salutations that will increase flexibility to manage its operations and engage players in new ways.”
Brightstar is part of IGT and serves nearly 90 lotteries worldwide and is the main technology provider to over half of US jurisdictions. The Missouri Lottery has worked with Brightstar for more than three decades and has contributed over $8.5bn to public education throughout that period.
