Brazil-based operator Ana Gaming, owner of brands such as 7K, Cassino and Vera, has named Luiz Felipe Escudeiro as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Escudeiro joins the group with more than two decades of experience in the technology and digital infrastructure sector.
Escudeiro’s previous roles include CTO at KaBuM!, a major e-commerce platform in Latin America, where he led automation and digital transformation projects. He also held senior positions at Motorola Mobility, overseeing software development at a global level.
As CTO, Escudeiro will oversee product development, system scalability and data security across Ana Gaming’s operations.
The company is currently authorized by Brazil’s Secretary of Prizes and Betting and is one of several operators adjusting to the country’s regulatory environment.
“Assuming leadership of Ana Gaming’s tech team is an opportunity to apply technology with purpose,” said Escudeiro. “My focus will be on continuous improvement of both our systems and the people behind them, to build increasingly agile, secure and scalable platforms.”

Ana Gaming stated that it aims to grow 20% by the end of the year, with a focus on attracting talent and advancing team capabilities to meet compliance and performance demands.
The group signed a sponsorship agreement through its Cassino brand with X1 Brazil, a growing esports tournament organizer, as part of its broader expansion plans.
