Brazilian Ministry of Sports and Sportradar announce partnership

The Brazilian Ministry of Sports and Sportradar Group have signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement (ACT) to focus on sport integrity in Brazil.
The agreement enables both parties to exchange information related to the betting market and to work together on initiatives to prevent match-fixing.
Sportradar will work alongside the Ministry through its Universal Fraud Detection System (UFDS), which monitors betting patterns and identifies potentially suspicious activity.
The company will also provide education and training for Ministry staff on best practices in monitoring and investigating irregularities.
The first training session is scheduled for 15 May and will include representatives from the Brazilian Ministry of Finance, which has also recently signed an ACT with Sportradar.
Sportradar already has several partnerships in Brazil, including with the Goiás State Attorney’s Office, the Brazilian Volleyball Confederation (CBV), the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and football federations across 17 states.

This partnership with the Brazilian Ministry of Sports follows Sportradar’s recent agreements with BetMakers and Podium, which saw the Advantage Platform integrated into Sportradar’s sportsbook offering.
