The Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada has announced that it will be offering special pickleball deals throughout the month of September for Southern Nevada residents.
The deals include free lessons, free open play sessions on Sundays and Mondays as well as 50% off discounts on equipment rentals.
Locals can receive a discount on pickleball court fees at the Plaza every day, but in September specifically, people showing valid Nevada IDs can also play for free during open play sessions every Sunday and Monday from 5 to 7 pm.
The Plaza’s 13 dedicated rooftop pickleball courts overlooking the Las Vegas valley are open 9 am to 7 pm daily, typically with no wait time to play or need to share a court as stated by the property.
The Plaza offers free beginner pickleball clinics with certified instructors every Saturday morning at 8 am. The Plaza also hosts round robin tournaments every Friday evening at 7 pm and Saturday morning at 8 am for $10 per player.
In January, Christiaan van Buuren was hired as the Plaza Hotel & Casino’s new Director of Table Games.
On top of the hire of Van Buuren, the Plaza Hotel & Casino also made two promotions, with Ryan Rowland being made VP of the Food & Beverage Program at the property and Courtney Allen taking over as Director of Food & Beverage.
