Scientific Games expands iLottery content with Inspired virtual sports
The lottery company is also partnered with Inspired on its sports betting aggregator.
Scientific Games has announced an expansion to its SG Content Hub Partner Program through a collaboration with Inspired Entertainment, which will now offer its portfolio of lifelike virtual sports to iLottery customers.
“Joining the SG Content Hub was a strategic step forward in our overall game plan to broaden the global reach of our exciting virtual sports content,” Inspired Entertainment President and CEO Brooks Pierce said.
“We’re thrilled to bring the virtual sports experience to iLottery players globally through this partnership.”
Scientific Games also partners with Inspired on its sports betting aggregator to serve the lottery company’s sports betting customers around the globe.
Inspired’s virtual sports is said to offer easy-to-play games that mimic the experience of real sports betting using technology the company has worked on for over 20 years, with each event lasting approximately 90 seconds.
“We’re pleased to welcome Inspired into our digital content distribution SG Content Hub Partner Program and further expand our relationship,” Scientific Games VP of Digital Games Steve Hickson said.
“Their roster of diverse and unique digital sports experiences will be of huge interest to our lottery customers.”
Scientific Games provides retail and digital games, technology, analytics and services to 150 lotteries in 50 countries worldwide.
In other recent news regarding Scientific Games expanding its SG Content Hub Partner Program, the company added EQL Games to its roster in July. As part of the collaboration, Scientific Games will incorporate EQL Games’ platform within its suite of games.
The lottery provider is also certified as a Responsible Gaming Supplier by the World Lottery Association. Through its Health Play program, the company “advocates for the healthy enjoyment of lottery games.”
