Nancy Ramirez Ayala named SVP, Compliance and General Counsel Officer of Ainsworth

Ainsworth has chosen to appoint Nancy Ramirez Ayala as SVP, General Counsel and Group Compliance Officer. Ayala has experience working for companies in the online gambling, intellectual property and gambling compliance industries. 

This experience will play a key part in supporting Ainsworth’s business objectives during its current period of growth. Before joining the company, Ayala had been VP of Legal at Rush Street Interactive (RSI) and was Assistant General Counsel/Intellectual Property Counsel for William Hill US before working with RSI. 

“I am excited to join this busy and vital organization. Ainsworth has big ambitions and the team and games to back them up. I look forward to helping the company grow and contributing my expertise as we move through the opportunities and challenges ahead of us,” Ayala said. 

Ayala was also a key member of the in-house legal team for sports wagering and online gaming operations with William Hill US. Her experience in multiple industries is what led Ainsworth to appoint Ayala as the figure to direct the company through growing markets.

The hire continues a streak of new positions being filled at Ainsworth. The company named Sean Evans as VP of Marketing and Product Strategy in Mar., also naming Mike Trask as Head of Game Development Studio in Austin, TX the same month.
