The Venetian set for largest renovation ever to mark 25th anniversary
The Las Vegas-based project is set to cost $1.5bn.
Ahead of its 25th anniversary, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas has unveiled plans for the largest and most expensive hotel renovation in its history.
The reinvestment project will cost $1.5bn and will see all 4,000 suites in The Venetian towers updated, there will be other redevelopment offerings including the addition of new chef-led culinary concepts.
In terms of gaming, new offerings will include the Palazzo High Limit Lounge, a fully resigned sportsbook which comes with a multi-year naming rights partnership with Yahoo, while there will also be a new poker room from the summer.
Alongside the redevelopment plans, The Venetian Resort has made a commitment to invest $188m in the renovation of the resort’s Convention Center, with a redesign beginning in the summer.
President and CEO of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas Patrick Nichols said: “The Venetian Resort’s innovative spirit has had a massive impact on Las Vegas over the last 25 years and paved the way for our visionary $1.5bn reinvestment today.
“This redevelopment marks more than just a surface-level renovation, it signifies a deep understanding of our guests and a profound reimagining of an iconic resort unlike any other in history. The beauty of this project lies within the balance of the beloved familiar and the never-before-seen.”

At the start of the month, it was announced that comedian Chico Bean is set to perform at the Venetian Resort’s The Summit Showroom in Las Vegas on July 12 and July 13.
