Strive Gaming hires Ian Smith as new CTO

He brings significant industry experience to the role.

Strive Gaming has announced the appointment of Ian Smith as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). 

Smith brings experience to this role, having undertaken leadership roles at William Hill, Rank Group, Flutter Entertainment and Game Play Network. 

His experience has also included Class III and Class II gaming, alongside knowledge of the US regulatory and technical landscape. 

At Rank Group specifically, he oversaw the company-wide expansion of its Player Account Management (PAM) and omni-channel experience.  

Smith himself said: "I'm thrilled to join the talented team at Strive Gaming. 

"Having worked with their PAM product from a customer perspective, I have firsthand experience of its quality and potential. I am confident that together, we can further evolve the company and achieve our vision of becoming the number one PAM provider in North America." 

Strive Gaming CEO Max Meltzer added: "We are delighted to welcome Ian Smith to Strive Gaming as our new CTO.

In other personnel news, payment solutions provider Pavillion Payments recently announced the appointment of Dan Connors as its new CEO, who brings 30 years of business experience to the role.
