Michigan Lottery signs five-year primary contract with Pollard Banknote

Pollard Banknote has formed an agreement with the Michigan Lottery that will provide players with access to instant game tickets. The two signed a deal for a five-year contract, extending their longstanding partnership.

Pollard Banknote has partnered with the Michigan Lottery since 1996.

With the new agreement, Pollard Banknote will be responsible for providing close to 90% of the state’s instant tickets per year of the contract. Pollard will also offer validation pull-tab tickets.

At the end of five years, the duo has the option to renew their collaboration for another five years.

The company said in a statement, “Pollard Banknote is immensely proud of the role it has played in supporting the lottery over the years, providing a wide range of instant games, retail solutions, and omnichannel products.

“In addition, Pollard Banknote has worked closely with the Lottery to optimize its $20 price point to offer a diverse selection of games, including a variety of unique print innovations and enticing prize structures, to appeal to a broad spectrum of players.”

In other state news, Michigan recently awarded Hacksaw Gaming with a provisional internet gaming supplier license. This approval follows the green light to operate in two other US states, New Jersey and West Virginia.

Players in Michigan will have access to several Flagship Hacksaw Gaming online slot titles that include Wanted Dead or a Wild, Gladiator Legends and Hand of Anubis.

Hacksaw Gaming has already extended its North American footprint. Hacksaw recently teamed up with High Flyer Casino to offer exclusive Hacksaw Gaming slots to players in the Canadian province of Ontario.
