QCI slot platform to be installed at Cache Creek Casino

Casino drawn to the platform’s ability to compute data.

Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, California will see Quick Custom Intelligence’s slot platform integrated at its property. As part of the deal, the technology will be installed and the casino staff adequately trained to manage the new system.  

For the casino, part of the impetus to install QCI’s platform was its ability to compute data.  

As Cache Creek’s VP of Slot Operations Oliver Shoemaker commented: “To properly optimize a gaming floor, you need a wide range of data, but more importantly, you need action items derived from the data. 

“QCI Slots is a robust analysis tool that provides our team with comprehensive data and instantly actionable insights about our gaming floor. The intuitive interface is user friendly, allowing the team to quickly access desired results.” 

For its part, QCI CEO Ralph Thomas encouraged the casino to adopt his company’s technology: “We are honored that Cache Creek Casino Resort has deployed the QCI Slots tool to assist with managing and optimizing its gaming floor.  

“Our growing partnership exemplifies the importance of the QCI collaborative philosophy in regards to continued enhancement of our products.” 

The Cache Creek Casino is centrally located between two major populations nodes in the Golden State. The town of Brooks is 40 miles from state capital Sacramento and 80 miles from San Francisco. In addition to the now-updated casino floor, the destination also offers 600 hotel rooms, dining nightlife, spa services and golf.  

For QCI, the move has been a further expansion to its breadth of operations. Said Thomas, who holds a PhD. in mathematics from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas: “With over 50 casino resorts in North America and over 3,000 sites worldwide using our tools, we are confident our highly configurable product will meet the dynamic needs of Cache Creek Casino Resort.”
