Arrow International acquires Automatic Machine Services
This gives Arrow an open door toward expanding US gaming products into the UK.
Arrow International’s UK subsidiary, Cowells-Arrow Bingo Company, has acquired the assets of Automatic Machine Services Limited (AMS). The acquisition has given the Cleveland-based manufacturer and distributor entrance into the UK’s gaming machine market.
Cowells Arrow and AMS have had a working relationship since 2017 through supplying bingo tickets, dabbers, lottery tickets and vending machines. Arrow will work with both teams toward expanding existing US electronic gaming products into the UK.

Arrow acquired AMS from Jarrett, who will continue working with the company at Cowells Arrow.
Lister and Jarrett have maintained a regular dialogue throughout the process. Arrow plans to continue exploring other opportunities to acquire other suppliers and distributors in North America.
