Caesars Palace reopens Bacchanal Buffet

Caesars Palace has reopened Bacchanal Buffet for the first time in over a year with a multimillion-dollar renovation.
The famed buffet had been closed 14 months since the Covid-19 pandemic originally shut down casinos last March.
Caesars Palace used that time to reinvent Bacchanal, adding nearly 100 new dishes and implementing reservations for the first time.
The 25,000 square-foot, 600-seat buffet underwent a $2.4m makeover to its nine interactive kitchens.
“After 14 months and a multimillion-dollar renovation, Bacchanal is back — and might I say the best just got better,” said Sean McBurney, Regional President of Caesars Entertainment. “At Bacchanal, it has always been about the food and that continues today, now more than ever. You’re going to see hundreds of beautifully curated delectable dishes… I could talk for days about how spectacular this buffet is but we’re going to let the food do the talking.”
Among the food additions are turmeric grilled baby octopus with XO chili jam, cheeseburger bao, chipotle bourbon barbecue oysters and duck carnitas quesadillas.
The buffet is also trying out new dim sum-style food carts as well as reimagined Mediterranean and Asian kitchens.
Caesars Entertainment said Bacchanal will use enhanced health and safety protocols. Non-vaccinated employees will be required to wear masks.
Bacchanal is open for dinner Thursday – Monday from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. The price of the buffet is $64.99 per person and reservations.
