Aria Resort & Casino launching Gymkhana restaurant this fall

Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada will be debuting the Gymkhana restaurant this fall in hopes of introducing a “new level of sophistication” to the property’s food & beverage portfolio.
The culinary chain was originally founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi of JKS Restaurants, unveiling the first-ever Gymkhana property in London.
“Las Vegas is home to many world-class restaurants and showcases many cuisines, but the ARIA team was the first to recognize that the time is ripe for Indian food to be at the forefront,” Jyotin Sethi said.
“Their sensitive approach to the partnership is something we have hugely valued, and they match our desire to ensure the authenticity of the Gymkhana experience, from London to Las Vegas. We are thrilled to be bringing our Indian hospitality and food to such a vibrant scene.”

According to the partnership announcement, JKS Restaurants will also unveil its Ambassadors Clubhouse facility in New York City later in 2025 to establish a “coast-to-coast” presence in two major US cities.
