PrizePicks appoints Todd Grossman as Director of Gaming Regulatory Compliance

In an effort to strengthen its legal and compliance leadership team while continuing to expand its daily fantasy sports (DFS) offering across the US, PrizePicks has now appointed Todd Grossman to Director of Gaming Regulatory Compliance.

Grossman previously served as General Counsel and Interim Executive Director for the Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) prior to joining the operator. Having spent over 10 years with the regulator, Grossman helped provide regulatory oversight for the state’s gaming, racing and sports wagering legal frameworks.

As part of his new role with PrizePicks, Grossman will be looked upon to drive compliance strategy across all jurisdictions, ensuring “operational excellence in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape” while also supporting the operator’s long-term growth and licensure objectives.
Grossman gained additional experience in legal leadership and public service after serving with the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety as well as the State Athletic Commission.
