Construction on Boyd Gaming’s Cadence Crossing Casino set to begin April 3
On February 25, site grading work began at Cadence Crossing’s site, located on Boulder Highway adjacent to the master-planned community of Cadence in the Las Vegas Valley.

Construction on Boyd Gaming’s new Cadence Crossing Casino property is set to begin on April 3 in the Las Vegas Valley, with the operator also planning a formal groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the commencement of construction.
“As our Company marks our 50th year serving the Las Vegas Valley, we are excited to begin our latest investment in the southern Nevada community,” Boyd Gaming President & CEO Keith Smith said.
“Cadence is one of the fastest-growing master-planned communities in the nation, and we look forward to providing our neighbors with a modern and compelling gaming entertainment experience when Cadence Crossing Casino opens its doors in mid-2026.”
